New year fitness roundup

I can’t believe we are almost at the beginning of a New Year!!  2016 was a year of great blessings and good times as well as some hard times.  But I am excited to look ahead to 2017!  One thing that I have always been interested in is health and fitness.  I am grateful for the gift of health, and want to be a good steward of what I have been given!

I would like to share some resources that I have found. Maybe they  will be of value to you as well.

One way I want to be a good steward is by taking Crystal Paine’s 15-days to a healthier you course.

I got a sneak peek at the study guide and I am excited to get started!  There will be daily tasks, a facebook group with live videos. ( they will be recorded if you can’t join when they are live!)
